Digital Marketing Specialist

**Reporting to**:Director of Marketing & Operations

Our growing mortgage brokerage is looking for a self-starting, innovative and data obsessed Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team From day one, this individual will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. We expect this person to be assertive and dive in with two feet. We are looking for an individual with knowledge of the financial services and/or mortgage industry to help take our digital experience to the next level.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Operations this role will be the point person for our digital presence, including curating our online voice, enhancing our client experience, and promoting online content. Data is at the core of the role. If you’re not comfortable sifting through data, pivoting data, or using data to make decisions, then this is not the role for you. If you are, then you’re going to be in data heaven You’ll also get to use your creativity for building compelling material for your campaigns. Ultimately, we are looking for a strong individual, that isn’t afraid to kick a few butts in gear, to help us grow and curate an excellent online voice.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement data driven ideas to further grow our portfolio of business
- Conceptualize, create, and edit performance content on a variety of mediums, including marketing materials, articles, blog posts, social media, video, and webinars.
- Engage followers, drive conversations, and create impactful customer experiences through social media interactions with brand channels.
- Answer all social media customer inquiries in a timely manner. Engage other departments when necessary for information.
- Create powerful ad image/video media on Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Utilize Salesforce CRM and Pardot to develop client campaigns and drip experiences
- Leverage CRM data to create new ideas for targeted campaigns and communication strategies
- Link multiple technology platforms to bring in data from various touchpoints ie. Zoom, Formstack etc.
- Maximize our CRM to build a consistently evolving client experience
- Report on KPIs, benchmarks for our campaigns, social channels, and website content.

- Mortgage or Financial Services Industry experience required
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
- Past work experience in marketing, advertising or communications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Proficient in Salesforce and/or Pardot
- Proficient with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient with all social media platforms

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
