**The Position**
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Match packing slips to invoices and ensure accuracy when receiving and submit invoices to accounts payable for vendor payment processing
- Experience with understanding retail operation concepts such as maintaining professional store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable and up to date on all products offered in-store and online
- Ability to work individually or as a team depending on the task at hand
- Manage store and warehouse inventory by leading product counts, executing price changes and receiving inbound shipments and store to store transfers
- Contribute to a safe, positive and respectful work environment
- **Requirements**:_
- 1 year of administrative experience required
- 1 year of retail sales experience is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Conducts oneself in a professional manner
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Completes all tasks in a timely manner with mínimal supervision
- Passion to keep learning, growing and adapting
- Must be able to work within the hours of 9am-5pm Monday - Friday
