**Job Description**:
What You’ll Be Doing
- At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote._

How You’ll Succeed- Analysis - Regularly update knowledge about new mortgage products, procedures and organizational changes etc., in order to respond to branches and solicitors’ queries promptly. Document and verify all changes/request through various tools (ex. Service Centre, Plexus)-
- Product Knowledge Expert - Regularly update knowledge about new mortgage products, procedures and organizational changes etc., in order to respond to branches and solicitors’ queries promptly. Participate as a member of the mortgage servicing team by sharing information and identifying/resolving concerns. Educate the branch where appropriate to enable them to handle similar requests independently in future.
