The Intern, Human Resources will support the Project Leaders with ongoing projects. Projects will include exposure to employee engagement activities and labour relations. Functions will include supporting the HR activities.

The Internship Program will begin on May 15th and end August 11th, 2023.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER...
- Develop and implement grievance tracking and response tools; supports the local management team to adhere to collective agreement timelines and ensure consistency in operational response
- Act as a HR team ambassador by reviewing and or creating job aids for frequently asked questions
- Act as a Saputo ambassador by actively participating in hourly employee on-boarding sessions

YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU...
- Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Human Resources or a related field (Second or third year undergrad or first year Master students);
- Are active in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community;
- Have previous related internship experience (an asset);
- Are detail-oriented, analytical, self-motivated and willing to take initiative;
- Are not afraid to get acquainted with your team and business partners, quickly building relationships;
- Have strong time management and organizational skills: you will manage priorities and multiple projects at a time all while ensuring to meet deadlines.
