We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent. The Leasing and Sales Agent is responsible for marketing and leasing/selling the developer's residential properties including apartments, condominiums, and single-family homes. This involves showcasing properties, building rapport with prospective residents/buyers, negotiating deals, and ensuring a high-level customer experience. Must be a licensed realtor. The Leasing and Sales Agent plays a crucial role in maximizing revenue and occupancy for the developer's properties.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
Property Marketing:
- Create and or assist in creating compelling property marketing materials such as brochures, floor plans, videos showcasing amenities and model units.
- Coordinate staging of model units and common areas to highlight premium features and lifestyle.
- Manage property listings across real estate portals, company website, and relevant advertisement channels.
- Host prospect events and open houses to drive property tours and inquiries.
- Leverage social media and digital marketing tactics to build awareness of available properties.
**Sales and Leasing**:
- Qualify prospective residents/buyers by understanding needs, budgets, timelines, and desired lifestyle.
- Conduct property tours showcasing unit features, amenities, neighborhood highlights in an engaging way.
- Negotiate pricing, terms and contract details to close apartment leases and home/condo sales.
- Manage listing inventory and availability calendar across rental and for-sale properties.
- Coordinate with legal for home/condo sale contracts, disclosures and closing processes.
- Build and nurture client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
**Client Relations**:
- Provide exceptional customer service as the face of the properties and developer brand.
- Guide clients through the entire rental or purchase process with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and caring manner.
- Develop rapport with current residents/owners by planning community events and outreach.
**Administrative**:
- Analyze pricing, incentives, and concessions to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Report key metrics like lead volume, closing ratios, traffic sources and leasing performance.
- Comply with all real estate regulations and laws.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in real estate, sales, marketing
- licensed realtor
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, pricing, and housing trends
- Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office, and comfortable learning proprietary systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
