Taiga Building Products in Milton, ON, has a FULL-TIME,** 1 year** contract opportunity available. The primary focus of this position is to provide top customer service, administrative support, and reception coverage daily.

**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES**
- Post-secondary education in Business or Administration
- Minimum 1-year related experience in Administration or Reception
- Answer all incoming calls and route them to caller destination
- Accept and or coordinate couriers to various locations, maintain outgoing mail
- Perform data entry
- Maintain various filing systems
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Handling all administrative and office service duties
- Invoicing and billing processing
- Strong computer skills is preferred (Microsoft Office, Google Docs etc.)
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Perform other duties as assigned within this role
- Preference will be given to French applicants
**CONTRACT LENGTH**: 1 Year
**SHIFT TIMING**: 8 hours/day: 40 hours/week
**EDUCATION &** **EXPERIENCE**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
