**The Opportunity**

McCarthy Uniforms is hiring seasonal, full-time Key Holder at our Cambridge store, located at 44 Saltsman Dr #1, Cambridge, ON N3H 4R7

**Job Summary**

As a Key Holder, you will play an important role in leading our store. Key Holders are responsible for training and supporting Retail Sales Associates, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring a positive customer experience in the store.

**What will you bring to our Team?**
- 2 + years(s) of retail experience, preferably in apparel
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- A passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships
- The ability to thrive in a team-orientated and fast paced environment
- Desire to embrace innovation and continuous learning
- **Ability to work full-time hours - Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00am to 6:00pm and some Sundays until September 3rd**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing exceptional customer service
- Supervising and training Retail Sales Associates
- Possessing a thorough knowledge of our point-of-sale system
- Opening and closing the store
- Monitoring cash float and daily balancing paperwork
- Inventory duties including: receiving and replenishing stock, creating transfers and filling internet orders
- Participating in the maintenance and cleanliness of the store
- Performing other duties as assigned
