The ngCPQ Core QA Integration and Test Manager is responsible for ngCPQ Core test activities including integration into the CPQ ecosystem.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

- Planning, coordinating, and controlling test activities for ngCPQ and its ecosystem (including integration with ngCore ERP).
- Developing and monitoring the test process and a test strategy that determine the test methods, tools, scope, and quality assurance standards
- Manages the (virtual) test team and test resources
- works with other professionals and program management to ensure the quality and the success of the deliveries

**Your skills and experience**

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent knowledge of Nokia business processes (especially the sales process) and related tool landscape
- Experience in testing complex IT systems
- Ability to work collaboratively and productively within a complex governance and stakeholder environment that includes third party system integrators
- Outstanding Team Player with excellent communication skills
- Results and Deadline oriented
- Quick Learner
- Able to work under pressure with limited supervision

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor of Business, Engineering, IT
- 10+ Years of experience in areas such as Sales, Sales Operations, Bid Management
- Strong program management experience
- Experience in an International / Global company
