**Job Overview**:
As an accountant, you will be responsible for:
- Creating precise financial reports to increase our spending awareness
- Company Records filing based on government audit requirements
- Company tax (Source Deductions, GST, RST)
- Create and manage weekly, quarterly and year end financial reports
- Advise best practices and optimizations throughout accounting processes
- Monitor AP & AR
- Payroll, Commissions and overtime tracking
- Employee expenses and mileage
- Employee Forms & HR Orientation
- Employee Benefits & Pension Plan
- Customer Reception

Below are the qualifications expected of an accountant:
- Must be proficient in accounting software and bookkeeping programs, specifically
QuickBooks Enterprise.
- Ability and desire to understand the business departments, and the business as a whole.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in accounting, and/or have successfully completed a Business Administration course.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Time management and organizational skills
