**Key Responsibilities**
- Strengthen client relationships by demonstrating accountability, being knowledgeable, and always maintaining a positive attitude
- Oversee and deliver all listing solutions from start to finish including photo, video, drone, 3D services, and floorplans
- Complete social media projects focused on agent branding for our clients including Youtube content, short-form talking head, community highlight videos, etc.
- Edit and enhance media to create visually appealing and engaging content that showcases properties and agent brands effectively
- Ensure a consistent visual style and brand identity throughout all completed projects
- Communicate vision and expectations to clients on-site and remotely
- Maintain responsive and consistent communication with our team and clients
- Prepare, maintain, and manage company equipment while staying highly organized
- Maintain calendar accuracy for time-tracking purposes and consistency
- Travel to and from scheduled shoots in a timely manner while driving safely
- Communicate any applicable field notes to respective team members
- Operate effectively within a team environment and individually

**You have 2-3 years of Creative Experience** as a professional or independent creative contractor.

**You have Gimbal Experience **using a 3-axis gimbal to shoot stabilized video content.

**You have Experience with the following Software**: Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Premier Pro, etc.) or DaVinci/Final Cut, Google Workspace, and File Management Systems Knowledge.

**Bonus Points**

**Licensing**:You have valid drone pilot certification

**Experience**: Real Estate Industry, Marketing/Sales, Client Directing, and/or Business/Operations experience
