The course description is as follows: this introductory course addresses the basic concepts and processes of organizational behaviour. Topics will include: individual level variables, such as perception, personality, attitudes, and motivation; interpersonal and group processes, such as communication, teams, leadership, and power; and, organizational level factors such as organizational design, culture, and change.

Position Requirements

Section 001: classes will be held on Wednesdays from 7:00 pm to 9:45 pm.

Classes will be delivered in person with no remote teaching option available.

Section 004: classes will be held on Thursdays from 7:00 pm - 9:45 pm.

This course will be a hyflex class where a portion of students will be participating in person and other students will be participating remotely through zoom. The instructor will teach this course in person on campus.
