**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Develop & maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Generate collections of outstanding invoices.
- Review missed promise to pay dates.
- Conduct customer surveys.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement a customer care strategy.
- Assist with processing invoices.
- Provide phone back-up for the main phone line.
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Capacity to build rapport and foster positive relationships with customers.
- Adaptability
- Ability to adapt to different customer personalities, preferences, and situations while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Time management and organization
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

- Ability to collaborate with colleagues from various departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Problem-solving skills
- Capacity to understand customer needs, address concerns and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
