Retail Sales Specialist

Overseeing and assisting the daily operations including sales, receiving inventory, merchandising, creating displays, scheduling staff, resolving conflicts and problem solving. Ensuring that the store opened and closed at assigned hours and was adequately staffed.
- Helping to build a progressive brand. Set and review monthly sales quotas with sales associates and provide performance appraisal and guidance when necessary.
- Passionate in sharing the latest wireless technologies and motivated to provide creative solutions
- Focused to meet and exceed store standards while providing great customer service in a fast paced environment
- Assuring that all merchandise is always displayed in an attractive manner. This includes making sure that all merchandise is clean, operational and priced with a clearly printed price tag.
- Assisting in the in-store marketing and advertising compliances.
- Assisting in creating and executing successful store promotions, events and incentives.
- Assisting in the execution within timelines provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Niagara Falls, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2023-11-13
