Civil Construction Labourer_**

Duties and Responsibilities:_**
- _Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and ensuring proper signage is in place._
- _Material Handling: Transport and handle construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently as required by the project._
- _Operating Tools: Operate hand and power tools, such as shovels, hammers, and drills, under the guidance of skilled tradespeople._
- _Assisting Tradespeople: Support skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, by providing assistance with tasks as needed._
- _Digging and Excavation: Perform manual labor tasks, including digging trenches, backfilling excavated areas, and leveling surfaces._
- _Construction Support: Assist in the installation of utilities, such as water and sewer lines, and the construction of structures as directed by supervisors._
- _Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing debris, sweeping, and disposing of waste materials._
- _Following Safety Procedures: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues._
- _Adhering to Instructions: Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders to complete tasks accurately and efficiently._
- _Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and address any issues or concerns._
- _Learning and Development: Participate in training programs and skill development opportunities to enhance knowledge and proficiency in construction techniques and practices._

- _Civil Construction Experience: 2+ years an asset_

- _Education: Basic educational requirement demonstrating literacy, numeracy, and comprehension skills._
- _Safety Awareness: Understanding of basic safety protocols and procedures to ensure personal safety and the safety of others on construction sites._
