Compensation Associate (Student Position)

**Description:
- Temporary Full Time- Reporting to the Director, Compensation, the Compensation Associate Student is responsible for supporting the non-executive compensation team with a variety of tasks. During the Fall work term (September to December 2024), accountabilities could include:
- Managing the National Occupational Classifications (NOCs) for non-executive jobs;
- Supporting the team with first-level employee inquiries on compensation and recognition topics;
- Supporting with administrative tasks related to job evaluation; and
- Conducting ad hoc reporting and analysis while participating in other initiatives as required.
- What you will bring- Working towards a University/College degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, solid written and oral communication skills, and excellent organizational skills are critical.
- Prior experience using MS Excel is required.
- The base salary for this position is between **$41,400****:

- $62,100** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
