**What's your role?**

Working alongside the Section Manager, the Warranty Analyst is responsible for developing key performance indicators to analyze non-compliant suppliers and devise strategies to effectively recover outstanding funds.

In collaboration with internal teams, he/she will evaluate and propose optimizations for warranty conditions, thus improving the quality of Lion's products and services. In addition, their expertise will contribute to critical and complex claims adjustments, accelerating the resolution of outstanding claims.

**What are the main responsibilities of the role?**

**Recovering funds for warranty claims**:

- Implement strategies to effectively recover delinquent funds from providers.
- Conduct regular assessments of supplier accounts and take appropriate action to ensure recovery of funds.

**KPI development**:

- Create and maintain comprehensive KPIs to evaluate warranty team performance and supplier claims.
- Use existing data to evaluate and provide recommendations to improve overall funds recovery, warranty conditions and warranty service performance.

**Collaboration**
- Work closely with internal teams, including quality assurance, supply chains and finance to understand business needs and challenges in order to hold suppliers accountable and ensure recovery of funds.
- Provide analytical support and insights to contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to implement changes that improve the overall quality and reliability of Lion products.

**Claims processing**
- Assist and ensure accurate and efficient processing of warranty claims, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
Work closely with warranty experts, assisting in the processing of complex claims to facilitate claim resolution.

**Other duties**
- Participate in any other activities agreed with the manager.

**What are the essential elements for success in this role?**

**Knowledge**
- Fluency in English and French
- Excellent IT skills, including ERP, database management, Office 360, Smartsheet.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated

**Education and experience**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Over 8 years' experience in warranty and claims handling.
- Excellent skills in data manipulation, analysis and creation of key performance indicators.
- Experience interacting with suppliers and third parties.
- Excellent knowledge of the automotive industry.
