As the first point of contact, the Virtual Parts Person plays a critical role in understanding the customer’s needs and providing them with solutions. To do this, we need customer service champions with knowledge of all things parts

**In a typical day, YOU will**:

- Enhance customer experience and engagement by providing product expertise, relevant parts recommendations and regular communication of current and upcoming parts promotions;
- Effectively manage parts requests and correspondence via phone, SMS and chat in a timely and courteous manner;
- Assist in managing the day-to-day functions of various parts operations, including procurement, parts ordering, backorder tracking and credit requests; Enforce Toromont's privacy policy and PCI compliance policy in accordance with its telecommuting policy.
- Communicate with affiliated branches for all parts related issues.

**Must-haves for this role**:

- Post-secondary education
- Relevant experience in Parts

**Au cours d'une journée de travail type, VOUS effectuerez les tâches suivantes**:

- Améliorer l'expérience et l’engagement de nos clients en leur fournissant une expertise sur les produits, des recommandations de pièces pertinentes et une communication régulière des promotions de pièces en cours et à venir
- Gérer efficacement les demandes de pièces et la correspondance par téléphone, SMS et chat de manière rapide et courtoise
- Aider à gérer les fonctions quotidiennes de diverses opérations de pièces, y compris l'approvisionnement, la commande de pièces, le suivi des commandes en souffrance et des demandes de crédit
- Appliquer la politique de confidentialité et la politique de conformité PCI de Toromont en accord avec sa politique de télétravail
- Communiquer avec les succursales affiliées pour toutes questions relatives aux pièces

**Les compétences requises pour ce poste**:

- Études postsecondaires et expérience pertinente au sein d’un département de pièces
- Connaissances techniques spécifiques à l'industrie de l'équipement lourd/pièces de camion sont une nécessité
