**About the Job**

You’ll lead a team of 15-25, depending on the project. You’re the leader so you’re the first on the site to plan for the day and last to leave. You’re a great planner, ensuring you have the inventory and material needed, and scheduling tasks to make sure the project is moving forward. You’re a respected supervisor because you treat others with respect, take pride in quality work and you reinforce that work ethic on your team. You communicate well - people know what’s expected of them and what’s needed. You’re the pro that makes us thrilled to have someone like you be the face of Adria Electric on the project site.

**If you have the following experience, let’s talk. You’re**:

- An electrical foreman with high-rise and low-rise project experience
- A Red Seal Electrician
- Up-to-date on the electrical code
- Ability to read all construction drawings, product specification(s) and shop drawings in detail...including all the side and foot notes.
- Experience preparing slab layout(s) and other electrical design drawings
- Willingness to help the crew out in the field
- Preparing T&M Work Orders and Change Orders
- Can initiate and issue RFI's if required
- Mentoring Electrical Apprentices
- Monitoring and reporting field crew attendance
- Preparing daily tasks and schedule(s) for crew with clear goals and expectations on quality and timeliness
- Maintain project specific quality control measure(s) and ensure all work is being done properly
- Comfortable using a computer and fluent with MS Office
- Can communicate Fluently in English
- Ready to be a member of the team, leading but also pitching in wherever needed so that the job gets done right and on time.

**The following are considered a plus**:

- Active FSR A
- Fire Alarm Experience. Can read and understand code report and can initiate and issue RFI's regarding any Fire Alarm design and Code Report conflicts and intended design
- Ability to use AutoCAD and/or Blue Beam
