**Reports To**: F&B Manager

**BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for setting up banquet rooms (including setting up cutlery, dishes, and buffet food and/or plated service).
- Welcome client requests such as moving tables, chairs, flooring and staging.
- Physical job demands such as: Setting, serving & clearing tables, standing & walking for the main duration of the shift, moving tables & chairs, cleaning banquet facilities including vacuuming, removing linen and general cleaning.
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery of all Food and Beverage services within a catering environment.
- Participate actively in a multi-functional work environment.
- Together with other team members, ensure that the Food & Beverage Service process is continuously improved through active participation in problem solving teams in an ethical and professional manner.
- Be supportive of innovation and maintain a high level of professionalism and service excellence.
- Observe & follow the established Emergency Fire & Health & Safety procedures and to work in a prudent and safe manner

**Skills, Abilities & Qualifications**:

- Ability to work as a team player
- Highly organized and time efficient
- Previous food and beverage serving experience
- Ability to handle difficult situations, accommodate special requests
- Professional in appearance and demeanor
- Able to maintain a flexible work schedule, including weeknights and weekends
- A strong desire to exceed guest expectations
- Ability to speak in both official languages is considered an asset

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $14.75 per hour
