Banquet Server

The Banquet server, as an integral part of the food and beverage team, is responsible to provide a consistent level of service excellence to all guests, with an attentive approach and positive attitude. Banquet servers are responsible for providing fast and efficient service in a friendly and professional manner. Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage menu items. Ensure the cleanliness of the banquet hall and guest tables throughout the night. As a team member in direct contact with guests, this position is critical to the overall success of events.

**Qualifications: The successful applicant must possess the following**:

- Experienced preferred, but on the job training will be provided
- Must be able to work both as a team member and independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to time manage and multi task numerous responsibilities
- Ability to multitask & prioritize job duties
- Excellent problem solving and people management skills
- Ability to perform under pressure with the knowledge of all related food and beverage information
- Valid Smart Serve Certified preferred, but can be completed once hired
- Food Handler Certificate an asset
- **_The Manor has NO available public transit_**
- Ability to provide your own reliable mode of transportation is required.

**Compensation**:

- Part Time Hours
- Starting at $18.00-$20 per hour
- Wage is negotiable
- Flexible Hours and time off are available
