Il est également responsable de certains projets liés aux ressources humaines. Le partenaire d’affaires des RH exerce ses compétences pour sélectionner et maintenir en poste les employés et gérer les relations avec le personnel. Il compte sur une vaste connaissance des politiques et procédures liées aux RH et des lois fédérales et provinciales liées aux pratiques d’emploi afin de soutenir l’entreprise. Il pourrait être appelé à fournir des conseils et à communiquer des pratiques exemplaires en matière d’établissement d’un bassin de main-d’œuvre et de gestion des relations avec le personnel aux partenaires en recrutement. Il doit être en mesure de se déplacer jusqu’à 75 % du temps et de faire des séjours d’une nuit selon les besoins de l’entreprise.
**Fonctions Essentielles**
- Montrer une connaissance des pratiques, des lignes directrices et des règlements liés aux RH pour surveiller le respect des lois et des règlements ainsi que des politiques, procédures et processus de FedEx Ground dans ce domaine, et fournir des conseils à ce sujet.
- Cerner les problèmes en matière de relations avec le personnel et mener des enquêtes connexes de manière adéquate et en temps opportun et fournir des recommandations adaptées. Donner des conseils à la gestion et répondre aux demandes des employés.
- Mobiliser tous les types de clients internes des installations dont il est responsable pour qu’ils participent aux activités, aux réunions et aux événements spéciaux, et assurer la gestion des problèmes et questions.
- Organiser les activités de recrutement, y compris la planification des périodes de pointe et la participation aux activités de diffusion externe. Établir et entretenir des relations efficaces avec les écoles et les organismes communautaires.

- Participer aux évaluations liées aux RH qui lui ont été assignées et assurer le suivi de l’exécution des plans d’action.
- De concert avec le gestionnaire responsable de l’embauche, formuler des recommandations en matière de révision de la rémunération des employés autres que préposés aux colis, fournir des conseils aux gestionnaires sur les lignes directrices en matière de rémunération et émettre des recommandations sur la rémunération juste.
- Participer à des projets, comme le processus annuel lié au mérite, pour aider les gestionnaires et leur fournir des conseils.
- Réaliser des projets spéciaux plus complexes liés aux RH, assignés par le gestionnaire des RH du district.
- Collaborer avec le gestionnaire des RH pour faciliter la mise en œuvre d’initiatives clés en RH du district. FONCTIONS NON ESSENTIELLES

**Niveau de Scolarité Minimum**
- Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires, en communications, en arts libéraux ou dans une discipline connexe (exigence). Une expérience de travail mínimale, un diplôme d’études secondaires ou une formation générale (GED), et quatre (4) années d’expérience en relations avec le personnel ou à titre de généraliste des RH sont acceptés comme équivalent au baccalauréat.
**Expérience Minimale**
- Cinq (5) ans d’expérience professionnelle en RH
- Au moins deux (2) ans d’expérience en relations avec le personnel ou à titre de généraliste des RH (atout)
**Compétences, capacités et / ou un permis d'exercice**
- Connaissance approfondie des lois provinciales et fédérales en matière d’emploi.
- Excellente capacité à communiquer à l’oral et à l’écrit pour expliquer des renseignements complexes ou confidentiels, et à communiquer avec des employés de tous les échelons de la direction.
- Capacité de bien gérer son temps et sens de l’organisation pour mener de multiples projets, établir adéquatement les priorités dans
