**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Health Services Director, Veteran Services, the Long Term Care Quality Leader provides quality leadership for all services provided by the Camp Hill Veteran Services long term care team. This role promotes fundamental improvements and innovation to quality management practices enhancing overall quality performance and care delivery for veterans, residents and families.

The Camp Hill Long Term Care Quality Leader uses their knowledge and skills to make recommendations to the Veteran Services Quality and Resident Safety Committee on developing, prioritizing, implementing and evaluating quality initiatives. The Camp Hill Long Term Care Quality Leader demonstrates proficiency with project planning and project management methodologies. The incumbent possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable him/her to work as a member of a team, facilitate groups, collaborate and present information within various levels of NSH.

**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Graduate degree in a health specific field and/or equivalent in education and experience
- Undergraduate degree in Health Care Discipline
- Appropriate licensure/membership in professional organization
- Minimum of five years of experience in applied analytical activities, strategic planning, project management, facilities planning, program development and evaluation, or quality management in a health care setting.
- Progressive clinical experience in hospital/healthcare environment
- Experience in working with senior administration and clinicians in collaborative/partnership activities
- Experience in a Long Term Care and or Quality setting preferred..
- Expert-level skills in data management, statistical manipulation, and data analysis
- Demonstrated expertise and understanding of physical rehabilitation and unique data systems
- Knowledge of MIS Standards.
- Knowledge of the CIHI and associate databases.
- Knowledge of Accreditation Canada and the accreditation process and standards
- Demonstrates understanding of the interrelationship of health care organization departments and services in program delivery
- Effective interpersonal skills, communication skills and presentation skills

**Hours**:

- Long Assignment Full-time Position; 75 hours bi-weekly
- Approximately 18 months

**Compensation and Incentives**:
$37.66 - $47.02 Hourly
