We are looking for a growth oriented, organized, and ambitious Appointment setter who will be in charge of setting appointments for our sales & estimating team.

Position Summary:
- As a Remote Appointment Setter at 519 Painters, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential customers seeking our services. **You will handle inbound calls, and make outbound calls** providing information, addressing customer questions, and setting appointments for our skilled Estimators. Effective communication, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to learn quickly are essential to excel in this role. **Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.**
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and setting appointments for our sales team.
- Cold Calling leads in our CRM to source and set new appointments.
- Educating potential customers about our painting and staining services.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar to optimize estimator schedules.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and appointments using our CRM system.
- Following up with potential customers to secure appointments and convert leads into bookings.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and promote our services effectively.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, engaging personality.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp and convey technical information about services.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and scheduling tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

How to Apply:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
