The Opportunity

Reporting to the Sales and Demand Planning Director, the Sales and Demand Planning Analyst will participate in monthly forecasting reviews, enhance sales planning processes, and drive efficiency through innovative reporting and tools. If you have a strong background in analytics, sales operations, and cross-functional collaboration, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales and Demand Planning + S&OP Process- Participate in monthly forecasting review meetings with Sales Managers.- Monitor new product launch forecast to ensure the demand plan reflects up-to-date launch dates and load-in volumes for Supply Planning and Allocations.- Follow up with Sales Managers to ensure all relevant changes are communicated and reflected in the system.-
- Assist with updating S&OP Monthly decks (Demand Review and Leadership Review Meetings)

Analysis and Tools- Build new reports and/or tools that facilitate the sales planning process for the Sales Managers, identifying opportunities for SKUs that have low inventory or are out of stock at the board level, as well as SKUS with excess inventory.- Routinely conduct root cause analysis to understand the cause of forecast errors, quantify variables causing the errors and propose corrective actions.- Conduct depletion trend analysis for key brands/products to identify impact on demand from seasonality, extended out of stocks periods, THC/price changes, market changes, etc.

Documentation and Reporting- Responsible for updating existing weekly reports.- Improve/automate internal reporting to increase efficiency.-
- Assist in the documentation of internal processes and procedures.

Experience- 2 to 3 years of experience in analytics, sales operations, customer supply chain, or commercial planning- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Expert in Excel, proficiency in Power Query, and experience in at least one programming language (e.g. VBA, Python, Matlab, R, or similar).
