Our high-volume chiropractic office is expanding, and we have an amazing opportunity for a highly motivated (**Chiropractic Assistant and Clinic Project Coordinator**) to help us serve our community. We are offering 20 plus hours a week in a fast-paced environment, with a mix of day and evening shifts that can range from 7am to 1pm and 2pm to 7:30pm Monday to Saturday.

**Some Of What You Will Do**:
As the Clinic Project Coordinator, your position with this company is unique. It includes both responsibilities and tasks required to master all front desk operations, and also involves project development and management designed to enhance and expand the business.
As the Clinic Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing the practice member’s experience both in and outside of the clinic. You will be exposed to a variety of responsibilities and projects including, but not limited to; preparing internal communications, supporting all external social media endeavours and coordinating corporate event planning and community contribution endeavours. With your passion for making a difference in our community, in this role, you will also enjoy playing a key role in connecting FFC with other like-minded individuals in the community.
As the Clinic Project Coordinator you will be required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner:
**Front Desk Responsibilities**:To be able to directly impact the functioning of the clinic, the ability to master all front desk roles and responsibilities will be key.
- Patient Experience Management, including preparing practice members for treatment, providing patient diagnostic scans, processing payments, updating patient information and treatment plans as needed.
- Opening & Closing of the Office, including balancing cash & debit machine payments, backing up programs, general office clean-up, filing, and accurate data-entry.
- Inventory, including weekly cross-checks, stocking treatment rooms, and ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintains Confidentiality of internal best practices, as well of patient & financial information.
**Specifically, You Will**:
- Use a variety of mediums to develop internal communications, including text, video and graphics
- Assist with building presentations, images and content
- Assist in managing both internal and external community events
- Support the practitioners in their delivery of patient care
**Some Of What You Need**:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a communications role. Experience in sales is an asset.
- Systems oriented with very good knowledge of communication and presentation software, e.g. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience working with patient management software
- Experience hosting virtual events, including developing run of shows and hosting the event on MS Teams or Zoom.
- Familiarity with business use of social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Effective project and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable with multi-tasking and able to balance competing priorities and deadlines.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
