**Additional responsibilities: assist with lab organization and upkeep including equipment calibration, coordinate equipment maintenance, inventory lab equipment, track incoming and outgoing silicon, ensure lab safety and compliance. This position requires strong analytical skills, basic programming skills for testing, and strong communication skills.
The Device Characterization Lab plays a vital role in validating new process technologies for the Front End Innovation High Voltage team which supports our Advanced Analog business unit.
**Minimum requirements**:
- Associate’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor device operation, wafer fab processing, and/or statistics is desirable.
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take initiative and drive results.
- Strong time management skills.
- Fluent with Microsoft Office tool suite with particular emphasis on Excel.
