Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Engagement**: Greet customers warmly, assist them with inquiries, and provide personalized shopping experiences.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about current fashion trends, product features, and promotions to effectively educate customers.
- **Sales Performance**: Meet and exceed sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products.
- **Merchandising**: Help maintain the store's visual standards, including displays, organization, and inventory management.
- **Transaction Processing**: Accurately handle cash and credit transactions, process returns, and manage customer accounts.
- **Customer Follow-Up**: Engage with customers post-purchase to encourage repeat business and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Previous retail or sales experience preferred, particularly in fashion or apparel.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- **Flexibility**: Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Skills**:

- **Sales Techniques**: Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- **Fashion Sense**: A keen interest in fashion trends and an understanding of how to style various items.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory management.
