**Position Summary**: We are seeking an enthusiastic Shipping/Packaging Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves critical behind-the-scenes tasks such as product packaging, quality control, adding finishing details, and sorting, which are essential to maintaining the flow and quality of our product line. This full-time, in-person position offers a chance to contribute significantly to our operations and ensure our products reach customers perfectly and on time.

**Start Date: ASAP**

**Responsibilities**:

- Package and ship pet collars, leashes, bandanas, and harnesses with precision and care.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards before shipment.
- Add finishing details on products such as gluing fabric as needed, and adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
- Sort products accurately into designated bins for inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Maintaining partial orders with our inhouse sorting system
- Assist with other auxiliary tasks around the warehouse as needed, such as inventory counting, preparing sticker packs, building boxes and fabric preparation.
- Operate within a team to meet daily and weekly production goals.
