**Durham Region Non-Profit Housing Corporation (DRNPHC)** is a social and affordable housing provider in the Region of Durham providing homes to tenants with low and moderate-incomes in approximately 1200 affordable rental units throughout 18 residential properties. Our portfolio includes multiple high-rise and low-rise apartments and townhouse complexes throughout the Region.

Seeking a building **Superintendent **for 1 apartment building in Whitby, part of Block 2:

- Wood Farm Manor, 1525 Nichol Avenue, Whitby - 70 units
- Some coverage at other DRNPHC sites will be required

$48,537.00 annual rate as of April 1, 2024

Unionized position - CUPE 1764-03, Block 2, reports to the Property Manager

**Home Location: A 3-bedroom apartment is provided at Wood Farm Manor, 1525 Nichol Avenue Whitby.**

**Includes vacation, benefits, pension**

**JOB PROFILE**:
The Building Superintendent should possess the knowledge and ability to perform janitorial and building maintenance, support tenants, and do repairs based on experience in various building trades such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting and/or carpentry. This is a live-in position. The Superintendent currently works Monday to Friday and every 3rd weekend, with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights off.

Pay: $48,537.00 per year
