Our **Vars** branch is looking for a parts advisor.

**Your responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for performing the following duties:

- Welcoming clients, identifying & responding to their needs;
- Offering information concerning warranties, pricing, parts quality, delivery times and payment methods;
- Submitting quotes, following-up with clients and closing sales;
- Filling-out internal supporting documents for all transactions (credits, invoices, work order, etc.);
- Contacting existing and new clients with information pertaining to promotions;
- Supporting the Service Department (supplying parts for technicians);
- Ensuring optimal product merchandising;
- Participating in inventory management;
- Handling product delivery and shipping & ensuring efficient organization of both;
- Efficiently maintaining work spaces;
- Respecting Health & Safety rules & regulations.

**Profile required**:

- High school diploma or parts training combined with 2-3 years of experience, is prefered;
- DEP in Sales of Mechanical Parts & Accessories is an asset ;
- Knowledge of mechanical/heavy equipment parts;
- Good attitude becoming a sales & customer service expert;
- Excellent communication, sales & diplomacy skills;
- Versatile, responsible and possessing good team spirit;
- Knowledge of computer software;
- Bilingual (written and spoken).
