**We are looking for a** Co**mmercial Insurance Broker (Client Service Representative) for our team dedicated to service the professional liability insurance program for members of the ‘Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec’ - in our Montreal office**
As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible to maintain and service a profitable book of business based upon the company’s objectives and individual business plans.

**Your day as a Client Service Representative**
- Coordinate customer renewal notices; maintain relevant account documentation and correspondence.
- Respond to telephone calls and written inquiries from existing and new customers and insurers.
- Prepare quotations for new business and renewals.
- Negotiate changes, renewals, and new business with insurers.
- Check the wording of policies and other documents to ensure the accuracy of the information included.
- Ensure maximum retention of existing customers by providing exceptional service through regular communication with customers to verify the quality of service delivered and that their expectations are met and exceeded.
- Request and follow up on missing information, endorsements, and policy documents from insurers.
- Maintain policy renewal lists, registers, and files so that they are organized and up to date.
- Follow-up with underwriters and customers on outstanding files.
- Maintain an extensive network of market relationships.
- Support the preparation of customer presentations.
- Perform other tasks and special projects as required.
- University degree (preferably in business or finance) or equivalent work experience;
- At least 3 years of experience in insurance brokerage;
- Insurance broker's license issued by the AMF;
- Ability to work well independently, in a team, and with other members of the organization;
- Customer service oriented;
- Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and in English.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
