**Math Instructors**

Mathnasium is a math-only learning centre that offers both math help and enrichment to students in grades 1-12. Each student in our program receives a customized learning plan based on our proprietary teaching material. Required Qualifications:

- Exceptional math skills in **Function**, **Advance Functions** and **Calculus**:

- Familiarity with Ontario's grade 9 to 12 math curriculum
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to professionally interact with students of all ages and parents
- Energetic and confident personality
- Having a post-secondary degree or working towards one in the math/science/engineering field and other degrees that require strong math skills.
- Previous teaching experience or other experience working with children (e.g. tutoring)

The learning centre environment is supportive and encouraging. Applicants should love teaching and be able to motivate students.

This is an in-person position, not virtual. Hiring for Thornhill location.

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Thursday
