We are seeking a newly certified BCBA to join our team As an Entry-Level BCBA, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide high-quality ABA services to individuals with autism and related disorders. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and grow with our organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior interventions and strategies
- Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals
- Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
- Participate in supervision and training sessions
**Requirements**:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (recent graduates welcome)
- Master's degree in related field (e.g., psychology, special education)
- Passion for working with individuals with autism and related disorders
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
