Bridal Consultant

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist brides in selecting their dream wedding gown and accessories
- Assist maids, mother of the bride / groom, prom and sell all types of formal wear
- Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations
- Manage bridal appointments efficiently and professionally
- Utilize phone etiquette to follow up with clients and confirm appointments
- Upsell bridal accessories and complementary products
- Process payments accurately as needed
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming store environment
- Uphold general housekeeping duties and receiving shipments including steaming gowns
- The ability to lift 10-15 pounds consistently
- Involvement in all creative projects, including event planning and execution, social media and merchandising and display
- Leadership and training in social media, and or a background in a creative field where transferable skills could be utilized would be an asset

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in bridal or high-end fashion
- Strong selling skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with technical sales tools is advantageous
- Ability to upsell effectively
- Experience working in a fast paced environment would be an asset

Pay range from $17.20 - $18.20 hourly to start
