We are looking for a **full-time Service and Scheduling Manager **to manager our installation and service team. This position reports to the General Manager.

**Compensation and benefits**:

- $45k to $60k annual salary based on experience
- Medical and dental benefits after 90-day probation period
- Two weeks annual paid vacation
- RRSP match after 1-year

**Responsibilities include**:

- Receive service calls and prioritize appropriately. Interact with customers on a daily basis.
- Input scheduled dates into software and create work orders
- Schedule service dates by coordinating with the customer, property manager, and Unilux technician. Types of service calls vary across installations, maintenance, cleanings, and inspections.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and helpful manner.
- Onboard new service technicians.
- Oversee and approve service technician hours and timesheets.
- Ensure tools and equipment for service technicians are readily available.
- Coordinate with internal departments for service and installation projects.
- Create service reports for internal and external use.
- Provide estimates for customers and assist with other administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in administration or logistics.
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC or a mechanical field.
- Related degree or certification is an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills as you will be working with homeowners.
- Must be eager to learn and self-motivated to work independently or in a team.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
