Westmoreland Mining Holdings LLC - Estevan Mine has a position available for an 8 to 16-month work term starting in September as a Maintenance Co-op student.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administering maintenance routines and schedules
- Keeping maintenance records
- Tracking maintenance key performance indicators
- Assisting with project planning, estimating, scope definition and cost tracking
- Sourcing, ordering and expediting equipment parts
- Participating in planning and scheduling meetings
- Reviewing outstanding maintenance work orders
- Organizing and arranging contract services
- Tracking equipment usage
- Coordinating equipment downtime with production requirements
- Supporting condition monitoring program
- Entering data in Computerized Maintenance Management System
- Assuming other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering program
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel
- Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads and sudden or frequent changes in priority
- Effective interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
