**Opportunity**

We are looking for an experienced Nursing Manager to oversee the nursing department’s operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care in compliance with regulatory standards. The Nursing Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the nursing staff while fostering a collaborative and efficient work

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the daily operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Recruit, train, and supervise nursing staff, ensuring adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain and enhance patient care quality.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Monitor and evaluate departmental performance metrics, implementing improvements and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, administration, and other departments to facilitate effective communication and teamwork.
- Cultivate a positive work culture that encourages professional development and fosters a supportive environment for staff.

**Key Requirements**:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Proven experience in a nursing leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of Ontario healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage resources, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software and systems.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.

**Salary**: $89,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
