Filler operator position requires a keen attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor filling equipment to accurately fill products in containers, adhering to specified weights, volumes, and quality standards.
- Perform equipment setup, including adjusting controls, valves, and other settings to ensure proper functioning and accurate filling.
- Monitor the production line to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions promptly.
- Conduct regular quality checks on filled products, ensuring they meet the required specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the filling area, including regular cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work surfaces.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
- Complete necessary production and quality documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize production efficiency and product quality.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a filler operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain filling equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation purposes.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.

**Salary**: $20.50 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Etobicoke, ON M8V 3L1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
