**Position Overview**

The **Rope Access Operations Manager** will be instrumental in overseeing and growing our rope access division. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with deep expertise in industrial operations, strong leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset. You will play a central role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution, directly impacting the continued success and expansion of Tatras Industrial.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operational Leadership**: Oversee all rope access operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.
- **Safety Excellence**: Champion safety by maintaining strict compliance with IRATA, WorkSafeBC, and industry regulations, implementing best practices across all projects.
- **Team Development**: Lead, mentor, and develop a talented team of rope access technicians and supervisors, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- **Client Relations and Account Management**: Serve as the main point of contact for high-profile clients, building strong relationships and ensuring consistent client satisfaction.
- **Project Strategy and Planning**: Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and profitability across multiple operations.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and maintain rigorous QA/QC processes to ensure all project standards and client requirements are consistently met.
- **Business Development and Strategic Growth**: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Tatras Industrial’s services, aligning operational practices with growth goals.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 10+ years in rope access management or senior industrial operations, ideally in complex or high-stakes projects.
- **Certification**: IRATA Level 3 required; additional safety certifications in confined space, fall protection, or emergency rescue are advantageous.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Deep understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements, particularly IRATA and WorkSafeBC.
- **Skills**: Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Pay: $105,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
