Design & Sales Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a design and sales associate to assist customers with cabinetry, flooring, tile, lighting and interior design selections. You'll also have the opportunity to manage projects for seamless execution.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and demonstrate features and benefits
- Process sales transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues

Qualifications:

- Previous experience with interior design or sales is preferred
- Knowledge of technology products is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for calculating discounts, taxes, and change
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
