Shunter

**About This Opportunity**:

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager, the Shunter drives the shunt truck, attached trailers, and moves trailers around the yard, to and from loading docks as needed.

**The Details**:
Wage: $24.58/hr + premiums (night, overnight)

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive shunt truck and attach trailers.
- Connect shunt truck to trailer, drive trailer to bay followed by trailer detachment.
- Connect/Disconnect air lines, maneuver jack stands and power chocks into position, and engage trailer dolly via crank.
- Flexibility to assist with production line or warehouse duties based on business needs is required

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Class 1 driver's license required;
- 1-3 years of general work experience required;
- Position is available by seniority;
- Physical requirements include frequent sitting, with occasional walking and standing;
- French speaking.
