Summer Student - Field

Summer students perform a variety of manual and semi-skilled tasks including, but not limited to: equipment and shop maintenance, yard upkeep and supporting our Service and Maintenance Technicians.

**Responsibilities**:
- Equipment and shop maintenance including:
- painting services-
- cleaning and organizing facilities and stations-
- Yard maintenance including:
- lawn mowing-
- weed trimming-
- hand digging-
- raking-
- Assisting operations staff with a variety of tasks as directed.- General administrative duties including filing and working with spreadsheets.

**Qualifications**:
- Enrolled as a post-secondary student on a full-time basis for the winter 2023 semester and returning in the fall of 2023.- Students must have completed one (1) year of post-secondary education.- Valid Class 5 Driver’s licence.- Physically fit.

Additional Information- Travel, including overnight stays away from bid headquarters, may be required.-
- Students must be prepared to work outdoors.

Position Details- This is a temporary full time summer student position from May 1, 2023 to August 31, 2023.
