Plant Operator

Target Products Ltd is a quality manufacturer of specialty concrete, aggregate blends and dry sands for use in the construction, mining, abrasive, silica and golf industries. Starting as a small family company, Target Products was incorporated in 1961 and now employs over 250 people in BC, Alberta and Manitoba. Target is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the QUIKRETE Companies.

We are presently looking for a Seasonal Plant Operator for our sand plant in Thorhild, Alberta. We offer a great work environment where job safety and people are our top priority. This may be a rotating shift including nights and weekends. If you can work with mínimal supervision, come with mechanical aptitude, familiarity with general production practices and loader operating experience, we want to hear from you On the job training will be provided.

**Requirements/Qualifications**
- Past experience with production
- Be fit to work - there is some physical work involved
- Drug and Alcohol pre-employment testing is required as this is a safety-sensitive position
- Experience with heavy equipment is considered an asset
- First aid and safety training is considered an asset
