About this opportunity:

- Analytics system administration
- Exploring data sets to find hidden patterns, trends and opportunities to improve business processes and strategies
- Performing complex analysis
- Relating analytical findings to business impacts
- Presenting analytical concepts and findings in ways that resonate with non-technical audiences (verbal + visual communication)
- Exploring opportunities collaboratively with business stakeholders to drawing out key facts, observations, and assumptions

Preferred Skills:

- Ability to thrive in the dynamic environment. Manage commitments and changing priorities. Prioritize and re-assess schedules and tasks quickly and effectively
- Knowledge of basic supply chain and/or financial functions (e.g. accounting/budgeting, supplier/vendor management, customer management, sourcing, planning, buying, logistics etc.)
- **Experience using BI reporting tools such as PowerBI, Sisense, Tableau, IBM Cognos**
- **Experience using Azure Cloud for data pipelines and data management**
- Ability to facilitate group discussions
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (e.g. Green Belt Certification)
- Looking for a team player who possesses exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), is able to learn quickly, is self-motivated and has excellent analytical abilities.

Activities:

- Analytics Consulting Services & Database management
- Analytics system administration
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase the value of investments
- Performing cost-benefit analysis and making recommendations based on findings
- Mapping processes flows
- Develop and conduct training
- Develop and maintain project plans
- Identify and assess/evaluate technology opportunities
- Generate IT operational reports
- Maintain logs and records for financial analysis and forecasting
- Develop, improve and run advanced analytical models and engines
- Closed-loop tracking of insight, actions and outcomes
- Setup and monitor automated data feeds into hubs of historical data
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships
- Work with databases and SQL coding, programming in Python,.NET, Java, R, manage MS Azure resources
- Website development software development lifecycle concepts
