**What you’ll do**:

- Drive customer satisfaction by managing inbound customer inquiries/concerns and providing appropriate solutions.
- Participate in development and implementation of new programs and technology to streamline work processes.
- Update and maintain customer Cardlock/Fleet cards and accounts as required.
- Provide customer service to local Co-ops regarding internal process and procedures.
- Review and action daily reporting requirements for various locations and customers.
- Other duties as required.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Customer Support and:

- Have a one-year certificate or two-year diploma from a post secondary institution.
- Have 2+ years of customer service experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Are comfortable managing customer concerns through written and verbal communication.
