Server/cashier

Robin's Donuts is a full-service, local restaurant with an emphasis great customer service and quick delivery of our quality food and drink products. We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working individuals to join our team

We are looking for a full-time server to take and deliver orders. You’ll be responsible for providing customers with accurate and relevant information while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Food service experience is preferred but not required.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prepare food and drink items using recipes as well as other standard kitchen tools
- Take orders and enter information into the computer
- Prepare food items for customers according to customers’ specifications
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Answer customers’ questions about ingredients or menu items
- Issue receipts as well as provide customer service throughout the day
- Keep kitchen area clean and sanitized
- Maintain product knowledge to include new products, flavors, or brands that are appearing in our menu
- Comply with all safety and sanitation standards
- Handle cash and credit cards on the spot or at the counter where you will be working with the manager.

**Skills**:

- Proven work experience as a cashier or similar role in a restaurant
- Hands-on experience with kitchen equipment and kitchen tools (e.g. blenders)
- Excellent communication skills along with good time management skills
- Ability to stay calm in stressful situations (e.g. during peak hours)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $14.15-$15.30 per hour
