**Manager, Enterprise Architecture and Solutions**

You are skilled in coaching and mentoring your staff to build a highly engaged and customer-focused team, as well as overseeing the selection, procurement and management of new third-party products and services, and third party specialist resources to augment the internal team.

Ideally you have a combination of education, training and experience equivalent to:

- An IT degree or diploma, plus relevant education which included a good basis for acquiring general knowledge of IT areas covering architecture, analysis, design, development, implementation, projects, and current technology trends.
- Five+ years IT leadership including coaching, mentoring, and managing an IT software development and support team.
- Five+ years IT enterprise architecture design and execution, including solutions road maps and portfolio management.
- Five+ years project management experience; a combination of traditional, Agile and hybrid Agile is preferred.
- Strong customer service and business relationships management.
- Demonstrated experience with IT procurement, contract review and vendor management.
- Demonstrated ability to engage, influence and communicate across a variety of audiences.

**Salary**: $124,000.00-$155,000.00 per year
