The People People on behalf of our client, Global Waste Disposal London, is looking for a full-time permanent Roll Off Driver.

Global Waste Disposal London is an independently owned and operated solid waste hauling and recycling company dedicated to professionalism and customer service excellence. As a leader in efficient and cost-effective waste management solutions, we provide same-day service and bin rental throughout London and surrounding areas for commercial, industrial and residential waste.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily inspections before and after each trip for mechanical and safety
- Knowledgeable and compliant of all driving and safety standards
- Handling and safe operating of company vehicle
- Ensuring safe transport of varied sized bins to and from specified locations
- Ability to climb onto bin to ensure tarp is safely secured prior to transportation
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and policies in place (training provided)
- Properly complete the daily documentation related to each work order
- Maintain a clean delivery vehicle, as well as any other working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Conduct yourself in a respectable professional manner at all times
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Valid class DZ license is required
- 1+ years of roll off truck driving and delivery experience preferred
- Competent in driving both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Be enthusiastic about performing your duties
- Able to make good decisions independently as well as follow instructions
- Adhere to all Global Waste Disposal Policies and Procedures
- Be physically capable to climb onto a bin safely and regularly
- Excellent customer service skills
- Clear Criminal Records Check and Clear Drivers Abstract
- Able to read, write and speak in English
- Represent and promote Global Waste Disposal in a competent and professional manner

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
