**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Perform touch-ups and quality checks on completed work
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in painting, preferably in an automotive or dealership setting
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when required
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Experience as a mechanic or in automotive repair
