**Position Overview**:
As an Installer, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Foreman and Installation Technicians to ensure the flawless installation of windows and doors in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This position offers you the chance to develop your skills, work with a supportive team, and make a tangible impact on every project.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Load and unload materials from the trailer onto the worksite.
- Source necessary tools, equipment, and materials for the installation.
- Conduct site assessments to determine any potential challenges or safety considerations.
- Remove old windows and doors, if applicable, and prepare the openings for new installations.
- Install windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and weatherproofing.
- Secure frames, hardware, and trim components using appropriate fasteners and techniques.
- Ensure thorough cleanup inside and outside of each job location.
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers throughout the installation process.
- Answer questions, address concerns, and offer guidance on product care and maintenance.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the work area upon completion of the installation

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Training in trades is considered an asset.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy glass materials.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality products.
- High level of interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and a willingness to adhere to them.
